Preparation method
- Wash the yam and cut it into medium pieces. Then half boil it.
- Half boil the yam pieces then drain the water and keep it aside
- Take a wide bowl and add red chili paste, salt, pepper powder, garam masala powder, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, corn flour, Maida mix them well and add water mix it prepare a bajji batter. Then mix the half boiled yam pieces into the bajji batter.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add yam pieces put them in the oil then fry it them until they become a golden brown color. Then keep aside.
- The same pan, add oil and add onion slices, curry leaves, green chili fry them well.
- Then put it into the fried yam pieces
- This is very tasty with biryani
