Preparation method
- Whole moong dal(Pesalu) soak it for overnight.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 1 minute then add onion fry it for 2 minutes
- Then add tomatoes salt, turmeric, coriander cumin powder, mix it well and cook it for 2 minutes then add boiled potato and add garam masala mix it well. Then finally add sprouts.Mix it and cover the lid for 5 more minutes then garnish with coriander leaves
- You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti and naan tastes Yummy!!
