Preparation method
- Wash Bell pepper and Baby corn.Cut it into medium size pieces and keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add bell pepper and baby corn fry it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame
- In same pan add oil to fry.Then add ginger garlic paste,fry it for 1 minute,then add onion paste and tomato puree,palak paste fry it for 4 minutes then add turmeric, cumin coriander powder, red chili powder, salt ,garam masala powder,mix it well and cook it for 3 more minutes
- Then add fried bell pepper,baby corn mix it and cool it for 1 more minute then garnish with coriander leaves.
- This is very tasty and healthy. Serve it with biryani or naan, chapatti.
