Preparation method
- Wash the cauliflower in hot water and cut into small pieces keep it aside.
- Wash the bell pepper cut into small pieces keep it aside and green chili cut into long slices keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 1 minute then add green chilies, Dania cumin powder, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala powder mix it fry it for 1 minute then add cauli flower, bell pepper mix it and fry it for 10 to 15 minutes once cooked cauliflower, and bell pepper and add rice, and salt mix it well finally garnish with coriander leaves mix it well.
- You can serve it with hot very tasty and healthy.
