Preparation method
- Wash the basmati rice and soak it for 30 minutes.
- Heat the pan add oil and butter to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, bay leaves cinnamon stick red chili fry it for 1 minute then add grated zucchini fry it for 2 minutes then add soaked rice and water mix it and add salt turmeric lemon juice mix it and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes then switch off the flame.
- This rice is very tasty and healthy.
- You can serve it with hot.
