Preparation
method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add grated cucumber.Fry it for 5 minutes then add tomato paste and fry it for 4 minutes then add salt, dry roast mustard powder, red chili powder and add hinge.Mix it well. And fry it for 2 more minutes then switch off the flame.
- You can serve it with hot plain rice or dosa very tasty and healthy.
