Preparation method
- Cut Snake guard into small pieces,then add turmeric,salt .Cook it for 10 minutes then remove the water keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add Chana dal, until fry then add black gram, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chili ,red chili, curry leaves, and garlic cloves
- Fry it well then add snake guard pieces,salt and mix it well and cook it for 5 more minutes then add telaga pindi and mix it well .After 5 minutes switch off the flame.
- you can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti.
