preparation method
- Take a wide bowl.Add wheat flour and add all ingredients.Mix it well then add zucchini mix and add little bit of water and make a chapatti dough.Cover it for 30 minutes.Prepare round shape medium sized balls.
- Take it rolling pin and make chapathi.
- Then heat the chapatti pan, put the rolled chapatti on the chapatti pan and add 1 table spoon of ghee and flip it. When one side starts changing color flip it again and burn it evenly on both sides.
- Then zucchini paratha is ready to serve.
- You can serve it hot with any curd chutney or any curry..
