Preparation method
- Soak senagalu overnight in water. Remove the water keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, black gram, cumin seeds, red chili fry it for 1 minute then add turmeric and add senagalu,salt fry it for 20 minutes and cover the lid for 20 more minutes. Then switch off the flame.
- This is very tasty and healthy snack.
