Preparation method
- Wash the Chema Dumpa and cut it into half then add water and cook it for 1 whistle.
- Let it cool down the pressure then remove the skin and keep it aside. Then put it in the microwave for 3 minutes.(To remove the stikkiness)
- Heat the pan and add oil to fry then add chema dumpa, fry it until red color. Then add salt,red chili powder and mix it well.
- You can serve it with hot plain rice or side dish for sambar which tastes yummy.
