Preparation method
- Wash all Green leaves and dry it for 10 minutes. Then heat the pan.Add oil to fry then add all green leaves, fry it for 5 minutes then switch off the flame. Then grind it into smooth paste. keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then fry Channa dal until red then add black gram , mustard seeds, fry it well then add green chili, red chili, ginger, curry leaves.Fry it for 1 minute then add green leaves paste, turmeric, hinge.Mix it well, finally add salt,cooked rice and mix it well. Then add lemon juice mix it well.
- This is very tasty and healthy. Kids will like it very much.
