Preparation method
- Half boil beans and potatoes with salt and keep it aside
- For seasoning add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, fry it for 1 minute then add onions fry it for 2 minutes then add beans fry it for 5 minutes then add potatoes, salt, red chili powder, Dania powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder fry it for 3 minutes then add Bengal gram powder (gulla senagapappu podi) and add coriander leaves fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.
- You can serve with hot plain rice or chapatti
