Beans Potato Fry






Ingredients
Quantity
Boiled beans
1 cup
Boiled potatoes
1 cup
Chopped onion
1 cup
Dania powder
1 tea spoon
Amchur powder
1 tea spoon
Salt
To taste
Turmeric
Pinch
Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder
½ tea spoon
Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Putnala pappu powder (Bengal gram)
1 table spoon
Coriander leaves
Few


Preparation method
  1. Half boil beans and potatoes with salt and keep it aside
  2. For seasoning add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, fry it for 1 minute then add onions fry it for 2 minutes then add beans fry it for 5 minutes then add potatoes, salt, red chili powder, Dania powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder fry it for 3 minutes then add Bengal gram powder (gulla senagapappu  podi) and add coriander leaves fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve with hot plain rice or chapatti
