Mysore bonda





Ingredients
Quantity
Sour curd
1 cup
Maida
1 cup
Cooking soda
Pinch
Green chilly
4
Coconut pieces
Few
Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Oil
Deep fry
Onion
½ cup
Salt
To taste
Rice flour
¼ cup

Preparation method

  1. Mix curd and water keep it aside.
  2. Take a wide bowl and add Maida, rice flour,salt, cooking soda and mix it well. Then add curd, onions, green chili, and make it into a vada batter consistency. And keep aside for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil to fry, make into small round bondas and put it into the oil, and cook in a very slow flame until golden brown color 
  4. serve it with coconut chutney.
