Preparation method
- Mix curd and water keep it aside.
- Take a wide bowl and add Maida, rice flour,salt, cooking soda and mix it well. Then add curd, onions, green chili, and make it into a vada batter consistency. And keep aside for 1 hour.
- Heat oil to fry, make into small round bondas and put it into the oil, and cook in a very slow flame until golden brown color
- serve it with coconut chutney.
