Chana dal mixed veg vada




Ingredients
Quantity
Chana dal
2 cups
Grated cabbage
1 cup
Grated carrot
1 cup
Ginger green chili paste
1 table spoon
Chopped onion
1 cup
Salt
To taste
Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Rice flour
2 table spoons
Oil
Deep fry
Curry leaves
Few
Coriander leaves
few

Preparation method

  1. Wash the Chana dal soak it in water for 3 hours. Then remove the water.
  2. Add Chana dal, salt, cumin seeds and grind it into a coarse paste. Then add green chili paste, cabbage, carrot, onion, rice flour ,curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix it well.
  3. Heat the oil to fry, and then make vadas and fry it until  golden brown color..
  4. You can serve with hot vada in rainy day very tasty and healthy.
