preparation method
- Soak the moong dal, oats and rice for 30 minutes. Then remove the water
- Take the green chili, ginger and grind it into a coarse paste.
- Heat the pan add ghee. when the ghee is heated add cumin seeds, green chili paste, pepper corns fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.
- Take the pressure pan and add oats, moong dal ,rice, salt, fried seasonings, mixed vegetables, spinach and add 7 cups of water mix it well and cook it for 2 whistles.
- Then you can serve hot with tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
- This is very tasty and healthy breakfast.
