preparation method
- Wash the Brinjal cut into long slices keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil, when the oil is heated add all ingredients fry it for 3 minutes.
- Let it cool down. And grind it a fine powder, and keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil, when the oil is heated add brinjal pieces, and cover the lid, fry it for 5 minutes, and remove the lid, then add salt, and stir it well, once cooked then add curry powder mix it well. And fry it for 3 more minutes. Then switch off the flame.
- You can serve with hot plain rice, or chapatti
