Mixed vegtable fry









Ingredients
Quantity
Grated cabbage
1 cup
Grated cauliflower
1 cup
Grated broccoli
1 cup
Salt
To taste
Red chili powder
1 table spoon
Dania jeera powder
1 table spoon
Dry roast sesame seeds powder
2 table spoons

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add oil ,when the oil is heated add grated cabbage fry it for 2 minutes then add grated cauli flower, grated broccoli fry  it for 5 minutes, then add Dania jeera powder, salt  red chili powder fry it for 1 minute then add sesame seed powder fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.
  2. You can serve with hot plain rice or chapatti.
