Preparation method
- Wash the Moong dal and add 2 cups water and cook it for 3 whistles and switch off the flame.
- Let the pressure ,cool down and put it in the bowl.
- Take a bowl add cooked Moong dal and add 2 cups of water and add salt, green chili, turmeric cook it for 15 minutes.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, pops then add cumin seeds chopped ginger, chopped garlic, green chilies, red chilies, curry leaves and add hinge fry it for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
- Then put it into the Moong dal, liquid and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame. And garnish with coriander leaves.
- you can serve with hot plain rice with ghee. this is very tasty and healthy.
