preparation method
- Soak the oats in hot water for 30 minutes. Then remove the water.
- Wash the spinach, onion and cut into small pieces.
- Add green chili, ginger and make it into coarse paste.
- Take bowl add oats, spinach, onions, grated carrot, salt, sompu, green chili paste, and add basin flour, rice flour, red chili powder and mix it well.
- Heat the pan add oil, when the oil is heated make pakodas and fry it until golden brown color. Then transfer it to a tissue paper.
- You can serve with hot,and rainy day. This snack is Very tasty and healthy.
