Oats spinach pakodas





Ingredients
Quantity
Spinach
1 cup
Onion ( medium)

Grated carrot

Sumpu
1 table spoon
Green chilly

Ginger

Red chili powder
1 tea spoon
Curry leaves

Basin (sanaga pindi)
2 table spoons
Rice flour
2 table spoons

preparation method 

  1. Soak the oats in hot water for 30 minutes. Then remove the water.
  2. Wash the spinach, onion and cut into small pieces.
  3. Add green chili, ginger and make it into coarse paste.
  4. Take bowl add oats, spinach, onions, grated carrot, salt, sompu, green chili paste, and add basin flour, rice flour, red chili powder and mix it well.
  5. Heat the pan add oil, when the oil is heated make pakodas and fry it until golden brown color. Then transfer it to a tissue paper.
  6. You can serve with hot,and rainy day.  This snack is Very tasty and healthy.
