Chinese vermicelli fried rice




Ingredients
Quantity
Dry roast vermicelli
2 cups
Grated cabbage
1 cup
Chopped capsicum
1 cup
Chopped carrot
1 cup
Chopped beans
 1 cup
Chopped spring onions
 1 cup
Soya sauce
2 table spoon
Vinegar
1 table spoon
Ajinamoto
¼ tea spoon
Salt
To taste
Oil
2 table spoon
Chopped ginger
1 table spoon
Chopped garlic
1 table spoon
Lemon juice
1 table spoon

Preparation method

  1. Boil the vermicelli keep it aside, and remove the water.
  2. Heat the oil to fry then add chopped ginger, garlic, fry it for 1 minute, then add all vegetables fry it for 5 minutes then add salt, mix it well and then add soya sauce, venigar, ajinamoto fry it for 2 minutes, then add the vermicelli mix it well, and fry it for 3 more minutes then switch off the flame. Finally add lemon juice mix it well. Garnish with spring onions.
  3. Kids like it very much. This is very tasty and healthy breakfast or lunch.
