Preparation method
- Boil the vermicelli keep it aside, and remove the water.
- Heat the oil to fry then add chopped ginger, garlic, fry it for 1 minute, then add all vegetables fry it for 5 minutes then add salt, mix it well and then add soya sauce, venigar, ajinamoto fry it for 2 minutes, then add the vermicelli mix it well, and fry it for 3 more minutes then switch off the flame. Finally add lemon juice mix it well. Garnish with spring onions.
- Kids like it very much. This is very tasty and healthy breakfast or lunch.
