Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil, when the oil is heated add black gram, mustard seeds, hinge fry it for 2 minutes. Then transfer it to a plate. In the same pan add oil, when the oil is heated add grated cabbage, pandu mirchi, garlic cloves fry it for 5 minutes in low flame. Then switch off the flame.
- Put the fried cabbage, pandu mirchi, garlic, salt, turmeric, tamarind and fried half of the seasoning, into the grinder and grind into a coarse paste. Then add the remaining part, put it into the chutney. This is very healthy and tasty.
- You can serve with hot plain rice with oil or dosa..
