Preparation method
cook the basmati rice keep it aside.
- Heat the oil to fry, then add Chana dal until fry red color then add peanuts, black gram, mustard seeds, fry it for 2 minutes, then add green chilies, curry leaves, grated apple, ginger, turmeric fry it for 3 minutes then, add salt fry it for 1 minute.And then switch off the flame. And add lemon juice mix it well.
- Then add boiled rice stir it well. Then garnish with coriander leaves.
- Kids like it very much. This is very tasty and healthy.
