Green apple rice







Ingredients
Quantity
Grated green apple

 Basmati rice
2 glasses
Chana dal
2 table spoon
Black gram
2 table spoon
Mustard seeds
1 table spoon
Grated ginger
2 table spoon
Peanuts
2 table spoon
Green chilly

Red chilly

Curry leaves
Few
Coriander leaves
Few
Salt
To taste
Oil
4 table spoon
Turmeric
Pinch
Lemon juice(1  lemon)

Preparation method

cook the basmati rice keep it aside.
  1. Heat the oil to fry, then add Chana dal   until fry red color then add peanuts, black gram, mustard seeds,  fry it for 2 minutes, then add green chilies, curry leaves, grated apple, ginger, turmeric fry it for 3 minutes then, add salt fry it for 1 minute.And  then switch off the flame. And add lemon juice mix it well.
  2. Then add boiled rice stir it well. Then garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. Kids like it very much. This is very tasty and healthy.
