Preparation method
- Peel and grated the pumpkin and cook them soft with enough water. Drain the excess water and mash them well. Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan and reduce it to half. Add sugar and cardamom powder, and add saffron milk and take it off the flame.
- In another bowl mix the mashed pumpkin and add grated coconut, sooji, Maida mix it well. Make small ball of the mixture and boil them in water for 5 minutes. Then add mix it in the milk. And cook it for 3 more minutes, and then switch off the flame. Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
- You can chill it and serve.
