Mixed fruit jam






Ingredients
Quantity
Papaya
1 cup
Apple
1 cup
Grapes
1 cup
Pineapple
1 cup
Banana
2
Sugar
1 ½ cup
Lemon juice                      
¼ tea spoon
Beet root
1/4 cup
Ajinamoto
¼ tea spoon

Preparation method

  1. Wash the all fruits and boil for 5 minutes, then switch off the flame
  2. Let it cool down. Then grind it to smooth paste.
  3. Take a pan, add the puree along with sugar and cook on medium flame stirring continuosly till it comes to a boil.
  4. Let it simmer on low flame until the puree thickness. Stirring on regular intervals
  5. Once the puree starts thicken it will become like semi-solid jam. Then add the lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Cook until jam become thick, keep stirring on intervals. It will take about one and half hour on low heat
  7. You can stop cooking once the desire consistency reached.
  8. You can serve with bread and jam.kids like it very much.
  9. Let it cool down. you can store it in the jar.
