Preparation method
- Wash the all fruits and boil for 5 minutes, then switch off the flame
- Let it cool down. Then grind it to smooth paste.
- Take a pan, add the puree along with sugar and cook on medium flame stirring continuosly till it comes to a boil.
- Let it simmer on low flame until the puree thickness. Stirring on regular intervals
- Once the puree starts thicken it will become like semi-solid jam. Then add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Cook until jam become thick, keep stirring on intervals. It will take about one and half hour on low heat
- You can stop cooking once the desire consistency reached.
- You can serve with bread and jam.kids like it very much.
- Let it cool down. you can store it in the jar.
