Preparation method
- Wash the banana,cut it into medium pieces and then boil in salt, and turmeric, keep it aside
- Let it cool down and remove the water,smash them and keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil, when the oil is heated fry Channa dal then add black gram, mustard seeds, green chilies, curry leaves, ginger, fry it 2 minutes then add red chili powder,fry it for 1 minute and then add smashed banana, cook it for 3 more minutes then switch off the flame.
- Add lemon juice mix it well.
- You can serve with hot plain rice, or chapatti..
