(poha) atukula pulihora







Ingredients

Poha (atukulu)
2 cup
Green chilly

Black gram
1 tea spoon
Chana dal
1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Red chilly
4
Lemon juice
To taste
Salt
To taste
Curry leaves
Few
Coriander leaves
Few
Peanuts
1 table spoon
Turmeric
Pinch
Hinge
pinch

Preparation method

  1. Soak the poha in hot water for 10 minutes then remove the water, and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan, oil to fry then add Chana dal, peanuts, until red color then add black gram, mustard seeds,Green chili, curry leaves, red chilies, fry it for 3 minutes then add turmeric, hinge, salt  fry it for 1 minute then switch off the flame. Then add poha mix it well. Finally add lemon juice stir it well. Then garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. You can serve as break fast.
