Preparation method
- Soak the moong dal in water for 3 hours. Then remove the water
- Add moong dal ,green chili, salt and grind it into a smooth paste.
- Then take a bowl add moong dal paste, rice flour,cooking soda mix it well.
- Wash the banana and cut into round circles and keep it in water.
- Wash the green chilies,drain and slit length wise and remove the seeds and Keep it aside.
- Dip each banana slices in the batter and carefully leave it in the oil. Fry until golden brown, drain on a tissue paper.
