Moong Dal Aratikaya bajji





Ingredients

Soaked moong dal
1 cup
Green chilly

Salt

Cooking soda

Rice flour

Preparation method

  1. Soak the moong dal in water for 3 hours. Then remove the water
  2. Add moong dal ,green chili, salt and grind it into a smooth paste.
  3. Then take a bowl add moong dal paste, rice flour,cooking soda mix it well.
  4. Wash the banana and cut into round circles and keep it in water.
  5. Wash the green chilies,drain and slit length wise and remove the seeds and Keep it aside.
  6. Dip each banana slices in the batter and carefully leave it in the oil. Fry until golden brown, drain on a tissue paper.
