Tindoora (dondakaya) Ullikaramu curry





ingredients

Tindoora (dondakaya)
250 gms
Onion big

Garlic cloves
1bunch
Red chili

Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste

3 table spoons
Coriander leaves

 preparation method

  1. Wash the tindoora cut half way into 4 slices
  2. Put the onion, garlic red chili, salt ,cumin seeds and grind into coarse paste.
  3. Microwave tindoora for 5 minutes. Then stuff the masala paste in tindoora
  4. Then heat the pan oil to fry, then put the tindooraand cover the lid. Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes in low flame.Then switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. You can serve it with hot plain
