Chinese fried rice









Ingredients
Quantity
Chopped carrot
1 cup
Chopped beans
1 cup
Chopped cabbage
1cup
Chopped spring onions
1 cup
Soya sauce
3 table spoon
Vinegar
3 table spoon
Ajinamoto
1 teaspoon
Pepper powder
1 tea spoon
Salt
To taste
Chopped ginger
1 table spoon
Chopped garlic
1 table spoon
Basmati rice
2 cups
Chopped capsicum
1 cup
Oil & butter
4 table spoon

Preparation method

  1. Cook the basmati rice, keep it aside.
  2. Heat the oil to fry then add ginger, garlic pieces until fry  and add chopped vegetables fry it for 4 minutes then add soya sauce, vinegar, ajinamoto, pepper powder fry it for 4 minutes then add salt fry it 2 minutes then add basmati rice  mix it well and fry it for 5 more  minutes then switch off the flame.
  3. Garnish with spring onions. Then Chinese fried rice is ready
  4. You can serve with hot fried rice with Manchuria.
