Preparation method
- Cook the basmati rice, keep it aside.
- Heat the oil to fry then add ginger, garlic pieces until fry and add chopped vegetables fry it for 4 minutes then add soya sauce, vinegar, ajinamoto, pepper powder fry it for 4 minutes then add salt fry it 2 minutes then add basmati rice mix it well and fry it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame.
- Garnish with spring onions. Then Chinese fried rice is ready
- You can serve with hot fried rice with Manchuria.
