Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add grated beet root, tomato, onions fry it for 3 minutes then add, salt, turmeric green chili, tamarind juice and add water, and jaggery mix it well and cook it for 10 minutes
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds fry until pops then add fenugreek powder, red chili powder, hinge fry it for 2 minutes and mix it into the pulusu, and cook it for 5 more minutes then add dry roast sesame seeds powder, mix it well finally take a bowl and add rice flour little bit of water mix it and prepare a liquid and mix into the pulusu and cook it for 5 more minutes then switch off the flame. And garnish with coriander leaves.
- This is very tasty and healthy pulusu. You can serve it with hot plain rice..
