Dry fruit ladoo









Ingredients
Quantity
Dates
100gms
Cashew
1 cup
 Almond slices
1 cup
Raisins
¼ cup
Peanuts
½ cup
Sesame seeds
2 table spoons
Poppy seeds
2 table spoon
Dry coconut powder
¼ cup
Ghee
3 table spoons

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add ghee to fry then add cashews, almonds, peanuts, sesame seeds, fry it   for one by one and keep it aside.
  2.  Let it cool down. Then put the grinder and grind it into a coarse powder.
  3. Again put the jar and  dates, raisins, grind it into a coarse paste.
  4. Then take a wide bowl add grinded powder and add grinded date paste, and poppy seeds, dry coconut powder, and little bit ghee mix it well. And make round shape ladooes..
  5. This is very tasty and healthy snack. Kids like it very much.
