Veg spring rolls





Ingredients
Quantity
Grated cabbage
1 cup
Grated carrot
½ cup
Grated capsicum
½ cup
Spring onions
¼ cup
Soya sauce
1 table spoon
Tomato sauce
1 table spoon
Chopped ginger
1 table spoon
Chopped garlic
1 table spoon
Pepper powder
1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves
Few
Maida
1 cup


Oil
Deep fry
Salt
To taste

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl and add Maida, salt, hot oil and water. Mix it like chapatti dough and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add grated ginger, grated garlic fry it for 1 minute then add cabbage, carrot ,capsicum, fry it for 5 minutes then add spring onions soya sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, salt and add coriander leaves fry it for 3 minutes then switch off the flame.
  3. Then take dough and then prepare a round shape chapatti then cut into 4 parts. And then stuff the curry and close it and roll into spring rolls.
  4. Heat the pan, add oil to fry then add the spring rolls and put it into the oil and fry it till golden brown color and transfer it to the tissue paper. Then spring roll is ready to serve.
