Green leafy and paneer fried rice











Ingredients
Quantity
Chopped spinach
1 cup
Chopped mint leaves
1 cup
Chopped fenugreek leaves
1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves
 1 cup
Boiled basmati rice
2 cups
Ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon
Whole garam masala
1 table spoon
Garam masala powder
1 table spoon
Paneer pieces
1 cup
Butter
1 table spoon
Oil
2 table spoons
Salt
To taste
Onion slices
1 cup
Green chilies

Preparation method

  1. Heat the pan add, oil and butter, to fry then add whole garam masala fry it for 1 minute. Then add ginger garlic paste fry it for 2 minutes ,then add green chilies, onion slices  and add salt fry it for 3 minutes  , then add all green leaves fry it for 5 minutes then add garam masala powder fry it for 1 minute, then add boiled rice mix it well. Finally add paneer pieces and fry it 2 to 3 minutes then switch off the flame.
  2. You can serve it with hot, and onion raitha. This is very tasty and healthy.
