Preparation method
- For seasoning add oil.when it is heated add blackgram,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,greenchilli,curryleaves,red chillipowder in the order
- Then add Ridge Gourd pieces,salt,turmeric and stir well.Cover the lid for 5min.
- Once cooked add the sesame seeds powder finally and switch off the flame immediatly
- you can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti.
