Dal fry








Ingredients

Tour dal
1 cup
Chopped tomato

Preparation method

  1. Cook the tour dal and add 2 cups of water in a pressure cooker and boil it for 3 whistles.
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chili, chopped ginger, chopped garlic fry it for 2 minutes then add red chili powder, hinge, onions, turmeric, salt, tomatoes, curry leaves, fry it for 3 minutes then add cook the tour dal mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  3. You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti.
