Hot kajalu (karam kajalu)










Ingredients
Quantity
Maida (all-purpose flour)
1 cup
Wheat flour
 1 cup
Oats powder
½ cup
Melted butter
2 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Sesame seeds
2 table spoon
Red chili powder
1 table spoon
ajwain
1 table spoon
Oil
To deep fry
Water
½ cup

Preparation method

  1. Take a wide bowl and add Maida, wheat flour, salt, oats powder, sesame seeds, red chili, powder, ajwain, mix it well. Then add melted butter, water mix it and prepare make a chapatti dough
  2. Then make round shape balls and prepare a chapatti. And cut into small diamonds
  3. Keep it aside.
  4. Heat the pan add oil, when the oil is heated add cut diamonds slowly into the oil on medium flame. Then fry it till golden brown color and transfer it to the tissue paper.
  5. Then stored it an airtight container this is very tasty snack for kids.
