Preparation method
- Put the urad dal, moong dal, oats grind it into a fine powder
- Heat ghee till it melts.do not over heat keep it aside.
- Take a wide bowl add mixed fine powder add jaggery mix it well and then slowly add hot ghee and keep mixing with hand, till the mix hold together. Then you make a round shape lemon size ladoos
- This is very tasty and healthy ladoos...
