Oats sunnundalu











Ingredients
Quantity
 Dry roast urad dal (minapa gullu)
1 cup
Dry roast whole Moong dal (pesalu)
1 cup
Dry roast oats
½ cup
Grated jaggery
2 cups
Ghee
¼ cup

Preparation method

  1. Put the urad dal, moong dal, oats grind it into a fine powder
  2. Heat ghee till it melts.do not over heat keep it aside.
  3. Take a wide bowl add  mixed fine powder add jaggery mix it well and then  slowly add hot ghee and keep mixing with hand, till the mix hold together. Then you make a round shape lemon size ladoos
  4. This is very tasty and healthy ladoos...
