Preparation method
- Wash the raw banana ,cut into thin round slices and put into salt water and keep it aside.
- Take a bowl add basin, rice flour, salt, ajwain, cooking soda mix it well. After that add green chili paste and water ,mix it like bajji batter. And keep it aside.
- Heat the pan add oil to fry then dip the banana slices in the batter and put it in the oil slowly and fry it until brown color and transfer it to the tissues. Then serve into the plate.
- You can serve it with hot bajji with coconut chutney or tomato ketch up.
