Preparation method
- Heat the pan add oil to fry.Add black gram fry until red color, add mustard seeds, then add green chili, red chili, curry leaves and fry it for 2 minutes then add chopped bottle guard and add salt.Mix it and cover the lid for 5 minutes in low flame then add 2 table spoon of milk and 2 sppons of sugar stir it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes then switch off the flame then garnish with coriander leaves
- you can serve it with hot plain rice with ghee..
