Onion rava dosa




Ingredients
Quantity
Maida (all-purpose flour)
1 cup
Rice flour
1 cup
Sooji rava
1 cup
 Chopped onion
1 cup
Sour curd
1 cup
Ginger green chili paste
1 table spoon
Chopped coriander
Few
Salt
To taste
Oil
To taste
Cumin seeds
2 table spoon

preparation method 

  1. Take a bowl add sour curd and add all ingredients mix it and add water, salt and mix it into liquid consistency. Then add ginger ,green chili paste, chopped coriander, cumin seeds mix it well.
  2. Heat the dosa pan and sprinkle onions,sprinkle the batter with a glass and sprinkle it in circles on the dosa pan and apply oil around the boarders of the dosa on both sides.
  3. This is very tasty and healthy breakfast with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
