Tindoora (dondakaya) fry















Ingredients
Quantity
Tindoora  (dondakaya)
1 cup
Red chili powder
1 table spoon
 Pea nuts
 ½ cup
Curry leaves
Few
Dry coconut powder
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Oil
2 table spoons

Preparation method

  1. Wash the tindoora cut into long slices and keep it aside
  2. Heat the pan add oil to fry then add peanuts fry it for 3 minutes then transfer it to a plate. The same add tindoora slices fry it for 5 minutes then add salt fry it for 2 minutes then add red chili powder, coconut powder, peanuts fry it for 1 minute. Then add garnish with fried curry leaves.
  3. You can serve it with hot plain rice or chapatti.
