Preparation method
- Wash all vegetables and cut into small pieces keep it aside
- Heat the pan add oil to it.when the oil is heated add mustard seeds, black gram, jeera fry it for 2 minutes. Then add onions and salt fry it for 2 minutes, and add all bell peppers fry it for 5 more minutes, then add broccoli mix it and cover the lid for 5 more minutes, then add Dhania, jeera powder, red chili powder coriander leaves, and stir it well ,and fry it for 1 minute then switch off the flame.
- You can serve with hot plain rice or chapatti.
- This is very tasty and healthy curry
