Broccoli curry







Ingredients
Quqntity
Broccoli

Red pepper
1
Yellow pepper
1
Orange pepper
1
Onion
1
Dania,jeera powder
1 table spoon
Red chilli powder
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Oil
2 table spoon
Coriander leaves
Few
Black gram (minapappu)
1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds (aavalu)
1 tea spoon
Jeera (cuminseeds)
1 tea spoon

Preparation method

  1. Wash all vegetables and cut into small pieces keep it aside
  2. Heat the pan add oil to it.when the oil is heated add mustard seeds, black gram, jeera fry it for 2 minutes. Then add onions and salt fry it for 2 minutes, and add all bell peppers fry it for 5 more minutes, then add broccoli   mix it and cover the lid for 5 more minutes, then add Dhania, jeera powder, red chili powder  coriander leaves, and stir it well ,and fry it for 1 minute then switch off the flame.
  3. You can serve with hot plain rice or chapatti.
  4. This is very tasty and healthy curry
