Bell pepper (capsicum) pakoda








Ingredients
Quantity
Bell pepper

Besan flour
1cup
Rice flour
2 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Onion
1
Oil
Deep fry
Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Dania jeera powder
1 table spoon
Red chili powder
2 table spoon

  preparation method

  1. Wash the bell pepper and grate it. keep aside. Cut the onions into long slices.
  2. Take a bowl and add grated bell pepper, onions, salt, besan flour, rice flour, Dania, jeera powder, red chili powder, mix it well,add 2 table spoon of hot oil and mix it again.
  3. Heat the pan and add oil, when the oil is heated make  pakodas and fry it until golden brown color.
  4. You can serve this in a rainy day.Very tasty with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup.
