Preparation method
- Grind the spinach and green chills, ginger smooth a fine paste.
- Heat the pan add oil to it. when the oil is heated add Chana dal fry until red color add black gram, mustard seeds, fry it for 1 minute then add all vegetables and onions, fry it for 2 minutes, add spinach paste, curry leaves fry it for 1 minute then add water, and salt, garam masala powder. When water comes to boil add vermicelli stir it well and cover the lid for 5 minutes. Then remove the lid and switch off the flame.
- You can serve as break fast.
