Preparation method
- Boil the peeled pumpkin.Smash it and keep it aside.
- Soak the rajama (kidney beans) overnight, and boil them keep it aside
- Put the mixer grinder and add grated coconut, green chili, cumin seeds, and add spinach grind it into a smooth paste
- Heat the pan add oil , when the oil is heated add grinded paste fry it for 3 minutes then add smashed pumpkin cook it for 3 minutes and add boiled rajma beans , salt, Dania powder, garam masala powder, stir it well and cook it for 3 more minutes. And garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
- You can serve with plain rice or chapatti.
