Rajma Pumpkin Curry







Ingredients
Quantity
Rajama beans
1 cup
Palak (spinach)
1 cup
Grated coconut
1 cup
Green chilly

Pumpkin
¼ piece
Cumin seeds
1 table spoon
Dania powder
1 tea spoon
Garam  masala
¼ tea spoon
Coriander leaves
Few
Salt
To taste
Oil
2 table spoon

Preparation method

  1. Boil the peeled pumpkin.Smash it and keep it aside.
  2. Soak the rajama (kidney beans) overnight, and boil them keep it aside
  3. Put the mixer grinder and add grated coconut, green chili, cumin seeds, and add spinach grind it into a smooth paste
  4. Heat the pan add oil , when the oil is heated add grinded paste fry it for 3 minutes then add smashed pumpkin cook it for 3 minutes and add boiled rajma beans , salt, Dania powder, garam masala powder, stir it well and cook it for 3 more minutes. And garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  5. You can serve with plain rice or chapatti.
