preparation method
- Wash the mirchi and dry them in sun light. And keep it aside.
- Then put it in the grinder and add mirchi, salt, tamarind, and grind it into a coarse paste.
- Heat the pan, add mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds fry it into a brown color. Then switch off the flame.
- Then grind it into a fine powder.
- Heat the pan add oil, the oil is heated add hinge, and mustard seeds fry it for 1 minute. Then switch off the flame. Then put the powder, and fried mustard seeds,and the oil into the chutney.
- You can serve with hot plain rice or dosa.
