Pandu mirchi chutney






Ingredients
Quantity
Pandu mirchi
500gms
Tamarind
100gms
Salt
To taste
Fenugreek seeds
1 table spoon
Mustard seeds
3 table spoon
Hinge
¼ spoon

preparation method 

  1. Wash the mirchi and dry them in sun light. And keep it aside.
  2. Then put it in the grinder and add mirchi, salt, tamarind, and grind it into a coarse paste.
  3. Heat the pan, add mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds fry it into a brown color. Then switch off the flame.
  4. Then grind it into a fine powder.
  5. Heat the pan add oil, the oil is heated add hinge, and mustard seeds fry it for 1 minute. Then switch off the flame. Then  put the powder, and fried  mustard seeds,and the  oil  into the chutney.
  6. You can serve with hot plain rice or dosa.
