Minapa pottu vadiyalu









Ingredients
Quantity
Pottu
1 big bowl
Minapappu
1 small cup
Green chili paste
3 table spoon
Salt
To taste

Preparation method

  1. Grind to pottu and mina pappu to coarse paste.
  2. Add salt, green chili paste mix it well.
  3. Then put it on polythene cover and make round shape vadiyalu
  4. Sun dry for 3 to 4 days. Then store them in an airtight container            
     5.then fry the vadiyalu in plain rice  with oil or ghee or sambar and pappu
