Coriander tomato rice











Ingredients
Quantity
Coriander leaves
2 bunches
Tomato
2
Cooked rice
1 cup
Green chilly
4
Ginger garlic paste
1 table spoon
Whole garam masala
1 table spoon
Salt
To taste
Garam masala
1 tea spoon
Ghee
2 table spoon
Oil
1 table spoon

Preparation method


  •   wash   and grind the coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chills to smooth paste.
  • Heat the pan add, ghee and oil to it. When the oil is heated add whole garam masala (cloves, cinnamon
  •  Stick, cardamom, bay leaves,sahi jeera) fry it for one minute. Then add chopped tomatoes fry it for 2
  • Minutes, and add coriander paste, salt garam masala powder and mix it well. Then add cooked rice stir it well. And switch off the flame.
  • This is very tasty and healthy rice. Kids like very much
