Preparation method
- wash and grind the coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chills to smooth paste.
- Heat the pan add, ghee and oil to it. When the oil is heated add whole garam masala (cloves, cinnamon
- Stick, cardamom, bay leaves,sahi jeera) fry it for one minute. Then add chopped tomatoes fry it for 2
- Minutes, and add coriander paste, salt garam masala powder and mix it well. Then add cooked rice stir it well. And switch off the flame.
- This is very tasty and healthy rice. Kids like very much
