Peanuts chutney






Ingredients
Quantity
 Dry roast Peanuts
1 cup
Grated coconut
¼ cup
Split roasted gram
1 cup
Green chilly
8
Ginger
¼ inch
Garlic
3
Salt
To taste
Oil
1 table spoon
Cashews
5 to 6
Mustard seeds
1 tea spoon
Curry leaves
few

Preparation method

  1. Put the mixer grinder and add peanuts, roasted gram, coconut, green chili, salt garlic, ginger, cashews and grind into a smooth paste.
  2. For sasoning add mustard seeds, curry leaves fry the well. And mix it to the chutney.
  3. You can serve with idly, dosa, bajji.
