preparation method
- Wash the mangoes and dry it well. After that cut into medium pieces keep it aside.
- Take a bowl add red chili powder, mustard seeds powder, salt, fenugreek seeds, mix it well. Then add mango pieces, mix it again and add oil stir it well. And cover the lid.
- After 3 days remove the lid and mix the pickle with dry spoon. And close the lid.
- (After taste the pickle you can add salt ,and mix it the salt)
- You can serve with plain rice with oil.
